My body froze except for the flowing tears, I grappled with each and every lyric. It played on repeat, a thousand times over until I could make peace with my sorrow.
The sad truth is that we will all suffer a loss, some great, some small. But love and pain are everlasting so now we have to navigate the new pathway. Always remembering, we have one chance on this beautiful earth to create a meaningful and long lasting legacy, so go on, take that risk!
