I’ve always suffered the dreamers disease, whether I reached the goals I set or not the idea of them always kept me entertained in the small hours of the morning when I was too restless to sleep. It’s my mother’s fault really, as a child when I had a bad dream she would sit with me and encourage me dream about all the things I wanted and to imagine how happy I’d be if I got them. Needless to say, it worked a treat! It’s just a form of visualisation. Believing that you deserve to be happy, to be where you want to be, to be with who you want to be with. We shouldn’t live by limitations because what if you really really believed you would get your hearts desire and it actually came true? We don’t have long in this world so let’s just bloody live it and be grateful every day for what we have. This painting represents the nearing of realising your dream.
